This section outlines the terms of sale for products available
from Andale, in general. If you are unable to find answers to your

Purchasing Products
As the #1 auction solution provider, we aim to provide our
customers with robust products at competitive prices. Providing
you a way to purchase our products in a way that best suit your
business needs is important to us.
Buy What You Need, Add As You Grow
You can buy Andale solutions individually,
create
your own product bundle, or select
one of our Quick Packs.
For large volume sellers (those with listings of 100 or more
per month) we offer special discount pricing. Please contact our

Prepay and Save
Pay for 12 months upfront and save 20% on the entire year's
fees. You can pre-pay at the time you sign-up or anytime after
opening your account. (All products on a prepaid account are
prepaid, including products you may add later.)
Payment Methods We Accept
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept
Switch, Solo and Maestro cards that bear the MasterCard logo.

How We Bill
All Andale products are available on a monthly subscription
basis.
For our usage based products, we provide a wide range of usage
based plans, and we encourage you to choose a plan that best
suits your needs. In the event your actual usage exceeds the base
plan you selected, we will charge your account an overage fee. If
at any time overage fees are incurred for exceeding the allowed
usage on your subscription plan, those fees will remain due, even
if the plan is upgraded to encompass that higher usage level. All
fees are payable in GPB unless otherwise stated. Andale reserves
the right to change prices at any time without notification.
Andale processes credit card orders immediately and is
therefore unable to accept order cancellation requests once an
order confirmation has been received. Products are then available
for use immediately.
A subscription to an Andale product is payable solely to Andale
and does not include any eBay or other marketplace fees.
(i.e., Purchasing Andale Lister, does not result in an advance
paid booking of listings or any additional marketing or
marketplace fees on eBay.)
Andale's billing cycle runs on a calendar month basis. If you
purchase a new product anytime during the month, you are charged
the full amount for that month, we do not pro-rate. Andale
attempts to bill your account between the 1st and 10th of every
month. Since the majority of Andale's products are billed on a
monthly subscription basis, and not on a usage basis, you must
close your account or remove the product from your account prior
to the end of the Month if you wish to stop incurring fees from
the next month onwards.
If you stop using the account but do not close it, you will
continue to be charged. Products that are removed from your
account are available for the remainder of the current paid
calendar month and removed at month end. But the Product Gallery
stops functioning the moment it is removed from the account.
All subscriptions are governed by the Andale
User Agreement.
Questions About Your Bill
Any claims for refunds or other adjustments to charges on your
account must be submitted in writing, either via email or postal
mail. If you send email or a letter and you do not receive a
response, please contact us again. The only confirmation that we
received your email is a direct response to you either accepting
or denying your request. If we do not respond to you, that means
we did not receive your email or letter. Any claim must be
submitted within 60 days of the date such charges are placed on
your account.

Closing Your Account
If you wish to close your Andale account, please login to the
account and follow the instructions below:
1) Please sign in to uk.andale.com with the account name and
password of the account that you would like to close.
2) Click on the My Andale tab, then on the Billing link
immediately underneath.
3) Scroll down and click on the Close Account button on the
bottom right.
4) On the next page, you will have the option to cancel your
account completely, or to "Stay as a Free Counters
User."
5) Clicking "Close Account" will permanently close
the account
As soon as an Andale account is closed, the system
automatically generates a confirmatory message, and e-mail it to
the user. This email message constitutes proof of the closure of
the account and the date thereof.
If you do not know the login information for your account,
please contact our billing team by email with as much information
as possible so we can help locate your account. If you send an
email we may not have enough information to locate your account
and therefore the account may remain open. Please do not
presume your account is closed until you either complete the
process on the website as described above (and then receive a
confirmation email) or receive confirmation directly from our
staff that it has been done.
